High Country Cleaning Service Standards

We strive for 5 star ratings, the first cleaning and every cleaning thereafter.

Service Expectations
We want you to love every cleaning we provide.  Here are simple ways you can hep us deliver the best results:

Clear surfaces and floors of clutter, clothes, toys, etc. before we arrive.

Secure any sentimental or highly breakable items.

As often as possible, avoid using rooms that are being cleaned.

Keep pets and children safely away from cleaning areas.

Allow floors to fully dry before walking on them.

Contact us with any special requests at least 24 hours before scheduled service.

Special Notice

We often provide estimates without a site visit.  If we arrive and the home differs from what was described (incorrect square footage, needing deeper cleaning, excessive clutter) we will notify you before proceeding.

We are not able to service post-construction or hoarding situations. 

We reserve the right to adjust our service scope or pricing if the condition of home is different than described for estimate/booking.

We will contact client before proceeding with higher pricing of adjustment of service, if either is needed.  

Rescheduling, Cancellations, & Holidays

We understand that life happens.  We do ask for at least 24 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 - Less than 24 hour notice: $40 cancellation fee will be applied

- If we are locked out upon arrival: 50% of service fee will be applied

- For emergencies: handled individually with flexibility

- If your recurring cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will work to reschedule.  However, not all appointments can be rescheduled and may need to be skipped.

We love pets.  We understand they are family, too!

To keep your pet and our cleaning technician safe each cleaning:

- Secure pets during cleanings.

- Let us know if your pet is overly excited, anxious, or reactive.

- Contact us with any special instructions regarding your pet(s).

Safety & Physical Limits

We are not able to lift anything over 20lbs

We do not climb higher than a two-step stool

We are not able to move heavy furniture or appliances

We do not handle post construction cleaning, hazardous materials, mold, infestations, or pet feces

Satisfaction, Communication, and Feedback

Satisfaction:

We strive for 5 star cleanings!  If we miss the  mark, then please let us know within 48 hours of cleaning.  When possible, provide pictures.  We will gladly return as soon as possible to clean the areas missed.

*Requests made after 48 hours are not eligible for recleaning and full payment will be required.

Communication & Feedback:

All clients receive an email requesting feedback on most recent cleaning.  Your feedback helps us to provide training as needed and serve you better.
